The Indigenous Health Action Network (IHAN) comprises Indigenous leadership from the Toronto Academic Health Science Network (TAHSN) hospitals. The network aims to identify and report on system wide changes for improving First Nations, Inuit and Métis care in the hospital setting. Specifically, the network focuses on frameworks for data collection and analytics, incident reporting of instances of racism, and cultural safety training.
