The goal of this study is to understand the possibilities and limits of anti-racism education and praxis in a Canadian academic hospital. The study team is comprised of Indigenous, Black and other racialized and equity-deserving Sunnybrook workers, along with theoretical, methodological, and content experts. Our team also involves equity educators and leaders from other institutions to ensure the broader relevance and dissemination of findings and the uptake of recommendations beyond our site-specific setting.
