TAHSN Indigenous Health Strategy Lead

Conrad Prince (he/him) is a strategic leader in Indigenous Health at Women’s College Hospital, Ontario, and a respected advocate for health equity and systemic transformation. As a member of the Sagkeeng First Nation (Treaty #1) with Anishinaabe/Caribbean roots, his approach is deeply informed by his heritage and commitment to reconciliation and anti-racist principles.

In his role, Conrad is dedicated to integrating culturally safe practices and Indigenous knowledge into the healthcare landscape, supporting the Toronto Academic Health Science Network’s (TAHSN) response to the Calls to Action from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada.

With a background in criminology and sociology, and experience working within Indigenous health research, Conrad has become a pivotal figure in health system transformation including integrating and supporting processes that respect and adhere to Indigenous data sovereignty principles and processes.
