Jacqueline Follis, BSN, MSN, RN

Advanced Practice Nurse

Jacqueline Follis, BSN, MSN, RN is an advanced practice nurse working in Professional Practice at Women’s College Hospital (WCH) and holds an adjunct lecturer position with L. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing, University of Toronto. She is completing a Fellowship in Quality and Patient Safety from the Center for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (C-QuIPS), in Toronto. At WCH, Jacqueline is the Lead for Best Practice Spotlight Organization, RNAO. Since completing her Master of Science in Nursing in 2008, Jacqueline has worked on system solutions to improve information shared at care transitions (eg. young adults transferring into the adult health care system) and internal hospital structures.

 

Jacqueline is honoured to partner with the Center for Wise Practices in Indigenous Health and to use her position and experiences at WCH to support the relationships created between GCWP-IH and WCH clinics, programs and fellow staff members.
