Tekanenhorens (Mohawk-Saulteaux from Kahnawake), has a Bachelor’s Specialization in Biology from Concordia University. She supported data collection for GCWP-IH led initiatives such as More Than Words (National Indigenous History Month), We Wear Orange (National Day for Truth and Reconciliation), and Maad’ookiing Mshkiki (Sharing Medicine).
